35 MPa Mobile Integrated Hydrogen Production and Refueling Unit
This mobile integrated hydrogen production and refueling machine is a fully automatic water electrolysis system based on anion exchange membrane (AEM). It consists of three major units: 1. Water electrolysis hydrogen production unit; 2. Hydrogen treatment and compression unit; 3. High-pressure hydrogen storage and dispensing unit.
The AEM hydrogen production system delivers a maximum hydrogen output of 1–3 Nm³ with a purity of 99.999%. It features zero corrosion and zero pollution. Equipped with PLC intelligent control, the system supports one-touch start and stop, and can produce hydrogen rapidly within minutes after startup. The hydrogen output pressure reaches up to 35 MPa via the pressurization system, and the hydrogen production capacity is adjustable from 0 to 100%.
The equipment is easy to install and operate with high safety and reliability. It is fitted with communication ports adopting the ModBus TCP/IP protocol, enabling users to remotely monitor operational data.
Integrated with AEM hydrogen production and hydrogen dispensing functions at an output pressure of 35 MPa, the system can be directly connected to high-pressure hydrogen storage cylinders for hydrogen-powered drones, forklifts, two-wheelers and vehicles.
